In 2015 my self-love journey started, what a wonderful 6 years of self-discovery. I had an awakening one day and realised I had been neglecting my body and mind for many years. Being in a toxic marriage and feeling lost, I stepped up and started my self-love, self-care and a little selfish journey. Viewing the person I was in 2015, today in 2021, I am the best version of me!
Friends started to notice a difference in my appearance and asked what are you doing? My fun answer was ‘I am having an affair’ the look on their faces, then I would say. Yes an affair with myself.
My career has been caring for women from all walks of life and ages. My passion is to show and share with you how you too can become the best version of YOU!
